About Me

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and life coach. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and a full graduate member of the British Psychological Society.

I have undergone extensive supervised training in an NHS Psychological Therapies service for a number of years. In addition, I have worked for the NHS as a counsellor and I have also worked for a number of voluntary agencies working with individuals, groups and couples. I have maintained a private practice since qualifying as a therapist.

I am an elected governor of the East London Foundation Mental Health Trust and a Trustee of the local Citizens Advice Bureau and this is work I undertake on a voluntary basis. I have a life time of experience in relation to promoting equality and diversity and I welcome enquiries from all regardless of race, gender, sexuality or disability.
